São Paulo, Brazil-based label converter, Visionflex, has become a subsidiary of All4Labels Global Packaging Group. The terms and conditions for the transaction were not disclosed however, it’s subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. 
 
All4Labels strengthens and expands its presence in the southeastern region of Brazil with this transaction. This transaction allows All4Labels to establish a significant presence in one of the most crucial economic hubs in Brazil and Latin America in São Paulo.
 
Visonflex owners Sérgio Botteselli and Enrio Valeri support the joint journey with the All4Label Group by bringing their values and expertise. The All4Group’s strategy of expanding into growing and attractive regions, markets and technologies continues the company’s sustainable growth strategy in the packaging industry.
